Shipping Policy
Redodo offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free UPS ground shipping on most of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. After you place your order, we will ship your order within 2-5 business day. Shipping times are based on working days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays and weekends.
We have local warehouse in Canada and the shipping time is around 2-5 working days mostly. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
Redodo shipping policy
1. Shipping fee
FREE shipping on all orders to Canada.Except for the following areas：Northwest Territories,Yukon,Nunavut
2. Order cutoff time & Shipping time
Order cutoff time: Before 6:00 pm(GMT+8)
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
Max. processing time: 1 business days
Shipping time: 3-14 business days
Please note: the actual delivery time will be affected by the stock situation. Feel free to contact us to get the stock situation of your nearest warehouse.
3. Shipment for replacement
Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping.
4. Pickup from our warehouse
If you would like to pick up your order from our warehouse, please contact us here or at service@redodopower.com and provide below info:
Full name, Phone number, Battery model and quantity wanted, The pickup date and time(such as 10am of 11th oct)
5. All orders must have a valid street/residential address as it cannot be sent to PO boxes
6. SHIPMENT for large quantity
Regarding the large quantity order/full container shipping, please contact us here or at service@redodopower.com, and we will provide you a more suitable shipping method.
7. Canada taxes and duties
Taxes on the products will be borne by the customer, Tax (vary by region) will be calculated at checkout.
