Repair Or Replacement
Redodo will repair, at Redodo's expense, any Redodo product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material. For any unrepairable product, Redodo will provide a free replacement with the same or an equivalent model, as agreed upon by both parties.
A 30-day repair/replacement warranty is provided from the date the repaired/replaced product is received.
Repaired/Replaced products will be covered by either the original warranty period or the repair warranty, whichever is later.
Replacements may be refurbished but will be functionally equivalent to the original item.

30 days Return Window Policy
Redodo will cover the shipping cost for returns for the following reasons: defect product, delayed shipping, or damaged package. For returns due to all other reasons and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Replacement & Refund Policy
Redodo will provide a replacement for any defective products. If a customer insists on a return and refund due to
special circumstances, the following terms apply:

Depreciation Calculation: The monthly depreciation fee is calculated as follows:

Order Cancellation
The buyer can cancel the order at any time before the order is processed. If the order cannot be canceled before the process, the buyer needs to try to contact FedEx/UPS by telling them to refuse the package.
If fail to refuse the package after trying the above steps, the buyer can arrange a return based on the Redodo's return and refund policy.
Exclusions and Limitations
* Batteries shall not be used as a backup or primary power source for life support systems or other medical equipment, or for any purpose where failure of the batteries could result in personal injury loss of life, or catastrophic property damage, without the manufacturer's involvement in the system design and the manufacturer's express written authorization.
Use of batteries in this manner is at the purchaser's/buyer's sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the manufacturer disclaims any and all liability arising from such use. In addition, the manufacturer reserves the right to refuse to service any battery used for such purposes and disclaims any and all liability for the manufacturer's refusal to do so.
* Reasonable Wear Rate.
* Use of unapproved parts or unapproved alterations to parts to the extent prohibited by the manufacturer's operating manual.
* Defects caused by persons other than the manufacturer, including but not limited to violations of the operation manual, maintenance, installation, and commissioning instructions, brochure, and agreements provided to the buyer, operation or maintenance of the product by such parties, or installation and commissioning of
equipment and materials.
* Vandalism, abuse, or force majeure events.* Items expected to be consumed or expended during the routine operation and maintenance of the product
