Step 1
To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into the rewards panel on your site.

Once logged in, you'll need to open the rewards panel.
Next, click on [Ways to redeem]

If you do have enough points for one of the Fixed amount rewards, there will be a Redeem button ↓
Then click Redeem

Step 4
Upon clicking redeem, your will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to [Apply code] which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.

Q: Where can I find the coupon code I redeemed with my points?

A: 
Your may get an email with the coupon code for your records. please check your inbox and spam folder.
You can also view the code anytime in the Rewards Panel under the “Your Rewards” section at the bottom of the page.

Q: Do rewards expire? If I don't use my rewards, will the points be returned?

A:
Once your points have been redeemed for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until it is used or expires.
Please note: all rewards are valid for 3 days.
If a reward expires unused, the points will not be returned to your account automatically.

Q: Why can't I stack discount codes?

A:
Sorry, our system doesn’t allow stacking of discount codes.However, when you enter a code at checkout, the system will automatically apply the best available discount—either your coupon code or an ongoing site promotion—whichever offers greater savings.

Q: Why do the points redemption rules change?

A:
Points redemption rules may be adjusted from time to time, especially during promotional events.
For example, during special offers, members may earn double points on purchases—2 points for every $1 spent, instead of the regular rate.
